Castro to Christopher Street Productions is a program that assists artists working in a variety of media with projects to support diversity, minorities, anti-discrimination efforts, alternative lifestyle education programs, empowerment for the disenfranchised and non-political efforts to help those in our communities to better integrate into the mainstream and live fulfilled and safe lives.

In our democracy, which assures freedom of speech, the voices of the powerless need to be heard. Our civilization is strengthened and our culture enriched by the broad variety of cultures and lifestyles included in it. By producing and presenting films, music albums, plays, paintings, multi-media art works and all means of public art media, Castro to Christopher Street Productions is able to give voice to the disenfranchised. Education is the best answer to fear of the unknown, and exposure tends to break down prejudice.
